Three fittings, one suit, ten years
A first commission at Huntsman takes three fittings and about ten weeks. Choose a mid-grey flannel and a navy worsted before anything else, insist on a natural shoulder, and let the tailor talk you out of the ticket pocket. The suit that results carries no visible name at all, and outlasts every trend that passes it.

The winter rotation, in full
One Loro Piana roll-neck in undyed ecru. One Brunello Cucinelli crew-neck in charcoal. Flannel trousers, a waxed jacket for the valley, and Berluti loafers resoled rather than replaced. That is the list. Everything beyond it is storage.
Clothing is the fashion house's work, not the Maison's. Seasonal collections, tailoring and ready-to-wear are presented by Philippe Salvet; the Maison features its garments editorially, with the affiliation stated, and maintains no clothing catalog of its own.
